SW: At first, it was much like the first day at any company: there was paperwork, and introductions to people you won't remember, and going out to lunch. When we got back, we got our first hefty dose of the Vision - of the game, of the company, of the department. It was inspiring to see that I was a part of a team that knew where they were going.
