I have upmost respect for the affiliate sites, however I do have several questions that I'm sure are shared with others in the community;
Will sigil be managing a Test server forum within the tech support forum for test feedback, or will testinging pre-production all be in-house?
We will still manage a test server, details are still being worked out concerning communication and its availability. We will have more information at a later time.

It is the community teams responsibility to read and stay in constant communication with the affiliates. We also will assist in directing the approrpriate developers to threads with questions they may be able to/want to answer or we may also provide answers. All employees are encouraged to read fansites and participate in the day to day conversation, most do already.

Tech support will be handled by SOE with information provided from both of our QA Departments. All in game support will be provided by Sigil Game Masters, we already staff a 24/7 Customer Service department.
