Okay ... so the official answer by their silence and the fact that there is currently no offical way to provide /feedback in game is....
I apologize for not responding initially, I am still awaiting an answer, however we will have the /bug command, as well as the ability to petition in game.
We will continue to interact with fansites, and read what players are saying about the game in general, and about specific class mechanics and ask questions concerning their feedback.
