Actually, much of Kojan *is* up on beta -- you just can't as a regular tester land on the islands yet. The pictures I released of the temple -- those were in Tanvu, a city of Kojan.
Right now we're getting the cobwebs out of ship travel in Beta 3, but very soon you'll be able to travel between Qalia and Thestra (and vice versa, of course). And when you do, you'll sail through part of Kojan and be able to see many of the islands off in the distance (teases that we are). And we may make Tanvu accessible even though it's not populated yet, just like NT and possibly soon Aghram will be as well.
