Edit: Nice going Sigil on nerfing the heroic rewards. Patch notes said they changed the +sneak to +bow, well they also removed the +1 crit/accuracy/dmg modifiers from the Ancient Shortbow of Leth Verael as well as the Bow of Vol Tuniel.
On the plus side, my Watch Drum got a 0.07 upgrade ... hooray for stealth nerfs.
The bow still has the +1 crit/acc/dmg mods, they're just not showing up in the tooltip. One of the programmers fixed the +% on ammo (ie, was showing +%, not +) and accidently broke the tooltip display for crit/acc/dmg on just ranged items.
