If that's deemed 'too difficult', the a simple +1% per piece worn (like the crafted continental effects), for a max of +9%. Considering so much of our class is dependent on instrument mods, I'm surprised the MoP armor currently has nothing like it.
It's on my list to do; hopefully will find some time to tune the Bard and other MoP pieces sometime this weekend or next week.
