WHAT! That's baloney! I've been using Hotmail for years because I got sick of having to run the change of address gamut everytime I switched ISPs. Now I have to setup a ISP based email to be considered a legit applicant? That's lame.
We don't though -- please don't start any unfounded rumors. I have a Vanguard account right now that uses a hotmail email address. Please, people.
