Just taking notice on something. I notice that there is a lot of use of "I" a lot in the F.A.Q, and some use of "Me". Is there anywhere on that page that tells the read who 'I' is? If you've got a newbie to Vanguard, they're not going to necessarily know who the F.A.Q is referencing, aside from plane assumptions -- it may be better to acknowledge it.
