Allow me to clarify.
The percentages I quoted is how much less experience TOTAL you need, not how many skill points we anticipate you will gain.
For instance:
If you needed 15000 before the patch, and I quoted you would need 5% less, then you would need 14250 after the patch. If your skill was at 14260 or something, you would see a gain.
