To further punctuate this Kwags statement is correct about it working as intended. Our item system causes things like this to happen. When you compare an item that is spending points in 2 attributes versus and item that is spending points in 3 attributes you are going to get an off comparison simply because the points are being spread thinner to give the extra stat.
