Great points. Even when we have sent all the CGM invites out, I am sure there will be people who don't get an invite. Why? Emails have changed, emails were mis-typed, codes were put in wrong, we accidentally make a mistake, etc.
Our customer service team will be on top of it, but by all means, even when we do next week announce that all CGM invites are sent out, please don't expect perfection. thanks for understanding http://www.vanguardsoh.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif
