Were in khal do i get the T3 panel quest. I have gotten the ones from thestra and kojan, but the master artifacer trainer in Khal dont have anything for me. My qalian crafters faction is well over 500, do i need khal crafter faction to get it or am i missing somehting else?
Panels are not continental. They are universal.
