Morning All.....need some advise. I'm having trouble placing furniture etc inside my new home. I show the item on my cursor but when I click to place it the item poofs. I check housing inventory and the item is listed as in the housing inventory. I remove it from inventory, its back in my bags and try again.........
Any ideas?

What chunk is your house in? What are its coordinates? You may have a broken portal.
