Same problem here. Had 2 selfmade coarse leather handwraps in inventory but recipe told me i was missing leather weapons.
/bugged it day after last patch and was hoping it would be fixed in todays patch but nothing in patchnotes about it. Does anyone ever read those /bugs?
This is fixed btw, I dont think it made it into this patch though.
