After consulting with the Adventuring designers who populated Rahz Inkur and Afrit, we've changed the diplomacy loot rewards for Afrit to include "Fire-Eater Cards of Fate." These cousins of the Efreeti Cards of Fate give out Golden Apples, Searing Stones, and extremely rarely, bags of Searing Stones.
