I don't normally like to complain about the way MMO stuff is implemented, but this is a bit much. The patch is sent to live secretly, without an announcement, and now diplomacy decon is no longer working at all? Surely this was a big enough aspect of the game to be tested at least.
Diplomacy deconstruction has been turned off.
