Character Transfers will Resume Thursday, 9-27

It appears that most people have found a home they are happy with, resulting in lower requests for transfers. In order to keep the servers up and playable as much as possible, we're limiting the character transfer cycle to once per week.<p> For those of you who are still waiting to move, transfers will resume on Thursday, September 27th.
