In dem Interview wird erwähnt, dass Karavanen eine sowie Schiffe entscheidende Rolle übernehmen werden. Wobei viele Möglichkeiten und Features zum Release nicht ausgeschöpft sein werden. Bei Schiffen werden sich die Spieler selbst organisieren müssen um Beispielsweise Handelsrouten oder Transportwege aufzubauen.

In this profile you will be able to list all the games that you have played, what your character names were and possibly link to any current websites regarding these characters or guilds you may have been in. The exciting feature this will activate is that you will be able to create a type of “friends listâ€. If any of the people you put on this list register on the forums, you will be notified that Joe Cleric, who you gamed with 5 years ago and lost track of, is registered and playing Vanguard: Saga of Heroes on X server! You will then be free to reunite with him.
