Meine 2. Mail an SOE:
Hello,
First of all I want to thank you for your quick reply. In the meantime I
cancelled my subscription like you told me. But still one question bothers
me: what was the reason for the wrong station-account? I am really not glad
about the fact, that the subscription to play "Everquest 2" left me with a
bill of nearly $25,00 (19,73 Euro) for the first month. It´s advertised that
the first month is for free!! Furthermore I would like to know how can I
reactivate my account paying the correct amount of ~13,49 Euro? Only the way
to cancel the subscription is written below.
Thx in advance

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Sony Online Entertainment Customer Support.
When you sign up for the station access billing it takes into effect and
eliminates any trial time you have on an account. Unfortunately, if you
have chosen this option, you need to cancel the account, then at the end of the current cycle reactivate it under a normal 14.99 billing. After you do so, it will bill you for a normal $14.99 on a monthly basis.

Meine 3. Mail an SOE:
Hello again,
am I correct, that when I signed in for a station pass in the same moment my trial time was eliminated? Now I am really confused, because I thought the only way to login and play "Everquest 2" is with a station account. So how is it possible to get a station account to play the first month free without eliminating the trial time?
It´s really dissappointing that instead of having a free month of playing I
paid right from the start (even more than necessary). So the first month of
"Everquest 2" cost me the amount of $85,-!!($60,- for the game + $25,-SOE).
Looking at this first expensive experience, I am not sure whether I should
continue to play or not.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Sony Online Entertainment Customer Support.
When you use the Station access pass you are thereby eliminating any free
trial time you had on the account. Please refer to the EQ2 box for further
information.
