Brokers are assigned to regional markets. It's just as if you gave your items to a merchant to sell for you. We understand some may want individual merchants, but at this time it is more code/server stress to accomplish the same task as a broker style system.

These will be made available as the need arises. We will try to be as accommodating as possible but we need to see there is a viable market first.

I hope that answers some questions, or at least sheds some light. I realize that there's a lot of grey area, but that is because many of these questions are post launch, dependent on multiple factors, or part of our marketing plan.
