Also, as a Thestran lowbie diplomat/mid-range adventurer/almost mid-range crafter, I've been disappointed in the lack of ability to pursue the houses lore-wise just yet. I expect to not get to know a lot about them, or any of the real undercurrents going on in New Targonnor until I'm actually of a level to diplomacize there... but the Thestran diplomacy intro tantalizes us and ends up being just a little too teasing -- For one thing, it only even names 6 of the houses (I had to explore New Targonnor and look at the names of the different sections of town to come up with Vermach, Caberton, and Shrike, and I still don't even know the name of the tenth), and the remaining 4 have absolutely no hints about what kinds of affiliations or attitudes they possess, which makes me loathe to consider looking for adventuring or crafting opportunities before I grind my diplomacy up high enough to get a closer peek at the politics (a closer peek that I'm not sure is even provided yet).

So, I guess I'm asking, is there any more readily available information in-game you can hint me towards, or if not, can you drop a bare bones outline here (along the line of fashion-obsessed necromancers and stupidly honorable knights) for the four houses not dealt with in Tursh?

Also, what's with the color coding on the labels for the different sections of town in Tursh?

They are House colors. Are you missing the name of my beloved House Tanvager of the College of Magic?

I can pretty much guarantee you that within five minutes of meeting any of us, you'd know which Houses are ours. http://www.vgtact.com//images/smilies/wink.gif
