Seems most of the lvl 40 items that were missing graphics didn't get fixed. Anything lvl 41+ got squared away but that somehow missed the items that are exaclty lvl 40 that some how fall between the gap of lvl 39/41 items that need proper graphics.

The highest level visual tier is currently levels 41-50, so my search was only 41+. Will try to get the 31-40 tier done this week if I get a chance.
