One concern with the Writs - Vanguard TACT ************* (Aruspex - SGO)

I'm not sure about this but I'm finding some of the writs to have some fairly difficult parleys even at my skill level (@ 270). For someone at a skill level that would actually get xp for doing them I think they'd be down right impossible. So I guess my niggling problem is that they seem like not much of a help in the way of diplomacy experience. It looks like grinding civic parleys is still the only way to get skill ups.

All Diplomacy quests in Vanguard (past the newbie lines) give you a very significant amount of Diplomacy experience. Unfortunately, Diplomacy experience is not displayed in anyway at this time, but it is equivalent to at minimum of a third of a skill point for a quest that cons "white" to you.
