The different factions are for conversations with the same NPCs. Each of the four in the original post give LN for entertain and NT for interview, but lose LN on losses for interviews and entertain.

If it was just that high elves give and lose LN and humans give and lose NT, that would make sense - but that's not the case here.

This indeed doesn't look correct. I'll look into on my next bug time.
