Tanvu Clerk/Juritor Titles - Vanguard TACT ************* (Aruspex - SGO)

I'll look into this Qandy. As it is, I plan on all players being able to earn those titles, so if there is a bug here, we'll let it get fixed up in that.

Specifically, other players will be able to earn a different title than "Clerk" and "Juritor", and also the suffixes "of Paper Prayers", etc. Thus, if you missed those as a Kojani/1/2elf, you can pick them up there, since you'll likely want to do those quests anyway. http://www.vgtact.com//images/smilies/smile.gif

Clerk and Juritor are the only titles that will remain specific to those who did this quest line.
