What I also see from this post besides heroics are being looked at as equivelents to a dropped legendary. How about also looking at all the CIS legendaries out there. Look at all the dropped/quested heroics and how many of those are out there. If there are tons of dropped/quested heroics that would show enough that drop/quested is too good and to common compared to crafted.
