Definition of term "next patch"?

When I see Jansan say next patch, I think about the next time Test is patched. Others may think the next time live is patched. I understand nothing is ever cast in mud http://www.vanguardcrafters.com/foru.../UNDECIDED.GIF but a distinction at times might be helpful to keep the pitchforks at bay.

Sorry about the lack of clarity. I meant Live Patchs.
