Here's mine. Scaled down from 1680x1050. Obviously not the default ui, but I've always used the same layout for dip anyway. I tend to use the mouse only for selecting npcs and conversation types.

What UI mod are you showing there? I looked around and couldn't find anything like that, which is what I've been looking for. Also, what resolution are you running?

As a second sub-topic to this thread, I'm looking for information on what you *do* like about the current UI. What elements in the default Diplomacy UI would you want to keep if we were to do a revamp?
