Personally I think the level 10, 20, 30, 40 npcs giving both tiers of info is a very BAD idea. With the consequential drop in evidence rates, it is probably now better to hit the 7, 17, 27, and 37 npcs, and then switch to the 12, 22, 32, 42 npcs when moving up to the next tier of info.

As stated in another thread, I'll be investigating the most time-efficient solution to this issue.
