Let me look into it. Nvidia was (unitentially I'm sure) misleading on some of there 5x series cards. I was told for Vanguard and for true shader 2.0 tech, do go at least 6x series. And really, for performance reasons, 6x is mid range and 7x good to excellent, so really, why mess with the 5x even if you could get it to work.
