Not lame at all, it allows me the freedom to be able to respond and interact with the community on a much more productive level. Nick and I (along with the rest of the company) will be able to service the community much more personally and target the audiences that matter on certain issues.

Communication often times becomes too congested and nonconstructive in a company run community. You'll find that a lot of people are put off by these concentrated communities because of personalities clashing. It allows us to analyze problems and concerns on a whole without the buzzing vocal minorities and squeaky wheel syndrome so prevalent on forums like these.
