There's a sticky at the top about the beta 5 announcement. As for the beta forums, there's a separate forum section for them. Even though we're in "open" beta, the forum is still private but you will get access to it as soon as your account is flagged (during the SOE key consume process, you will be asked to enter your forum name, that's where we get it)
