The island you've marked as point K is where the races that start in Tanvu actually start. It should probably be included in the green line.

Ceros Isle - I'm finishing polishing this tonight. It's got NPCs from level 40 to 44, and an outpost (Hauyen's Outpost) in the southwest part of it. It will be open at launch. It's mostly populated with 5 dot NPCs, though there are some 3 and 1 dot NPCs mixed in for variety and on the shores.
