It was about a 1 1/2 hour wait and the GM said they couldn't really do any of that GM stuff yet and wouldn't until the devs were sure that everything was stable. (Not his exact words) The jist was that they wanted to make sure they were happy with the way things were working before they had GMs doing thier own tweaks. He assured me in the future they will have the Power.

I also submitted a /bug on a disappearing items issue a few days ago and posted on the technical support forums the same (even though they say that's not really a tech support issue), and again there was a reply by an SOE rep, Eldrar I think, assuring that they take issues like this very seriously. I could dig up the link but that seems to be a lot of work right now. My missing items issue was resolved the next day, so I have faith that everybody involved is doing everything they can at this point.

Multiply my two problems that I expected response for by the number of active accounts and you can imagine the kind of workload we're talking about. All I can say is I'm glad I'm playing instead of working these last 6 weeks and only 1 week of official release.

That was me actually...Eldrar

GM's are responsible for all in game issues such as: Lost items, stuck in the geometry (if /stuck and whatever means don't work), stuck tombstones, missing tombstones, get you out a deathloop should one occur. Player disputes, hacking, botting, gold buying/selling, etc.

All technical support, billing, and account issues are handled by SOE, therefore we, Sigil, cannot assist you with these issue and only direct you to SOE support, links are provided on www.vgplayers.com as well as in the SOE knowledgebase at: support.station.sony.com

I hope that helps!
