A bug was found with item decay on Thursday of last week. This bug affects several classes such as the warrior, paladin, cleric, and other classes that use abilities that apply buffs to the party for short amounts of time.

Basically you are getting double dinged.

The repair times for my ranger (almost level 30 now), range somewhere between 5 hours and 7 hours. Yes, I know this for sure, because I've been playing almost non stop since Friday morning (I took friday off to play Vanguard).
