The item is going to stay as it is right now - we're exploring other options. However, reviewing what people's Presence values are compared to where they should be, we see that there needs to be a Presence boost.

Thus, in the next content patch (we hope) there will be a general increase of all Ear and Foot items for tiers 1 and 2. In general this increase is significant and very noticable.

Our metric is that at tier 1 97% of your Presence should come from clothes. We're not seeing it, and the belt exacerbates the issue. Thus the change.
