From the current data that I'm looking at, the "tank" cloak, ie the one had +dodge but I changed, was meant for heavy fighters. There is another cloak choice that has +1 meelee crit %.

So, to be clear: you're upset that I reallocated statistics on a cloak that had +dodge on it when you originally had a choice of a cloak with +meelee critical?
