1) DPS is the default for a Legendary staff at that level; I can't drop it any further.

2) The % modification of the +spell crit, dmg and accuracy isn't factored into your tooltips last I checked. And yea, I realize that we need to update the item tooltip to make those state % and not straight + so folks can tell the difference when compared to the continental crafting descriptions.

3) Removing 28 energy would net you 4 intelligence, not 20. Just doesn't work that way.

4) Have you actually tested the right-click effect on anything yet?

And yer DSC and DRK friends will unfortunately be seeing a little disappointment come their way next patch, seeing as how those Legendarys (as well as the Arena's) were WAY too powerful

Why did my disciple & DK friend see their DPS almost doubled up with their new weapon and why do casters only gain so little ?

Is this REALLY intended ? A legendary staff that gives so little against 2 uncommun items easy to get ?

Please drop the melee DPS on that staff, remove the +28 energy and add like +20 int on it or something like that, it really doesnt worth the time invested compare to what you get at the broker 4 or 5 levels before.
