Upgraded the Fistbands to rare; was obviously a mistake.

I just replaced the Staff of Bashing, which was a meelee-oriented staff that only casters could use, with a Martial Staff of Bashing; doubt any casters will miss it and I just milked a few more stats out of the dagger for em anyways. I suppose Dwarves could have, for the original designer's and my sake, wielded staves a one point or another
