As far as I know, they are not currently available. Some of the cleric abilities have additional conditions that would go off if you had the appropriate flags for the affinities, but nothing in game is allowing you to get those flags, yet. As far as I know, Talisker is still planning to add them, but I'd guess it will be a post release feature at this point.
