I'd just as well give out exact percentages, but there are those who argue against that; and I do not have all of the details as to why this would ever be a 'bad' thing. I guess if someone saw that a minor ability received a 50% reduction it could look drastic. When in reality, it went from +10 pts to +5 or something almost irrelevant.</div> <div> __________________
