Those abilities have not been changed according to Avair, so unless there is an undocumented code change (and I've checked with the coders a few times, I'm going to go through all of the build notes for the last few weeks in a bit), something else is the culprit.

As many people are reporting one thing, and I hear other people report another (in email to me etc), I'm begining to think this has to do with the nerf to crafted items and their previous over allocation to certain attributes (just certain types of items). Please, double check your gear and see how much str you have lost.

Also think about what buffs you had on the last time you played in regard to str. Unbuffed, I'm at something like 510 str - with a shaman or cleric in my group, man you dont even wanna know my str
