We are preparing a response to this very question. We'll give more details on the eve of the Test Server patch for this, but understanding the interest in growing the Sphere and its inter-relationship with others I will mention here that each diplomacy team member has selected a means for greatly expanding the lower-to-mid range content, with emphasis on increasing the inter-relationship with the other Spheres. As we get closer, we'll intro some of the new methods on VGTact.
