At this time deconstruction will behave exactly like deconstructing Adventuring items. This will evolve over time into a unique reward set for Diplomacy clothing.

In the upcoming patch there are some items, especially tier 3 clothing items now entering the game, that will be un-deconstructable (is that even a word??) - this is a known issue and will be corrected in a future patch.
