My sincere apologies. While I did fix a problem that people had pointed out with the third quest in the line (Playing Matchmaker), there was a problem with the second quest in the line as well (Local Maidens, which Samantha should give out when you complete the parley with her), which is where people are now stuck. Now that I am aware of it, it will be fixed.
