I am sorry to say that the effect that Shield of Rebuke has on Aegis Strike was much higher than intended. I had not intended to give you a 3 second stun usable every 8 seconds. The rate was supposed to be 10%. 1 in 10 attacks.

The upside is, guardian's assualt is also supposed to benefit from all the shield consecrations and it is currently not. I have remedied this. This will make 2 attacks that can proc something related to shield consecrations, not to mention the proc you get from being hit.
