They've been "in" since update #1 but I had to fix some, remove some and add more; because of that, I refrained from attaching them to many items. Tons more will be patched in in the month to come and, at that point, they'll be more visible...not common, but visible

That glow is the low-end type, which means that those weapons will probably get somethin better when I start updating things
