You should have gotten more fruit, and fruit on every loot table for a "fail" to get a clothing.

Overall percentage of baubles was decreased (BEFORE the thread about it, haha). Amounts of fruit and baubles are now tied to the quality of information turned in... 1 to 2 fruit for a Hearsay, 3 to 4 for an Evidence.
