I need to ask that you do not take anything out of context from what I have said, I did not hint at the exact reasons nor the resolution of Swaldo's account.
I simply posted that information as a reminder to everyone, that it is better to be safe than sorry. All character/item deletions are subject to an investigation by the Customer Support staff. It is your responsibility to contact us and inform us of this issue in a calm and clear manner with as much attention to detail as possible.
We will not restore a character without investigating and discussing the matter first. These investigations can take some time. All decisions are made on a case by case basis.
We want everyone to have fun and enjoy the game, but we must also ensure that the the integrity of the game is maintained.
