For others who deleted their chars manually and demanded a restoration. You would do a investigation first, find out they weren't involved in anything illegal or against the rules and restore their chars on the spot?

Investigations may not be instant and may take some time to complete. We will attempt to process the requests as quickly as possible, however, restoration and investigation of a deleted character can take several days.

My best advice is to think twice before deleting your character, many times it is done out of anger or because a person left their account unattended.

If you find yourself becoming angry it may be best to take a breather, remember your character will still be there when you get back, even if you decide to quit playing while you do so.
